GML Apeti  tablets contains cyproheptadine and is a good alternative for Apetamin Syrup. This pill works same as Apetamin syrup so if you prefer the pills instead of syrup this will be a preference. 
It is also Great for people that can't stomach the syrup. These pill works just as good as the syrup. Take one tablet 20-30 min before food 3x a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) The tablets are to be taken by mouth either with or w/o water. 1 box contains 2 packs with 10 tablets = 20 tablets per box. 1 box = 1 week supply.
